This Is A Very Scary Time

The recent events have been a very scary and uncertain time for many people. There are a lot of 'what if's and uncertainties around - with nobody knowing all the answers.

Businesses all over have been heavily impacted by this pandemic and with the ever-changing government guidelines, events are at a standstill. As a business in the events industry, and with a team member currently in the midst of planning their own wedding, we have been witnessing first-hand what the situation is currently doing to everyone who may be planning an event in the upcoming months.

It's because of this, that we have decided to share the following statement to ensure all of our current and future clients are in the know about what we are doing whilst this is happening.

Working From Home

The safety and health of our team are the number one priority for us. It always has been and always will be. Whether we are in the office or at one of our unforgettable events, we keep our teams' health and safety on the top of our list.

It is because of this, and with the recent government guidelines, we have been working from home since Friday the 20th of March and we will remain working at home until we are told it is entirely safe to do so otherwise. Our team has been prepared to work from home since the crisis began, and we have been utilizing all means of technology that we have available to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as humanly possible whilst we are away from each other.

Though we are not together, we are still staying in constant contact with each other whilst also replying to emails, phone calls and any other forms of contact received from clients.

Offering Advice and Answering Questions

There is no saying how long this will go on for, but we are doing all we can to answer questions and offer advice to current and future clients regarding their events, whether they are already booked with us or if the client is looking to book with us.

Alike many others in the industry, we are staying as informed as possible and are constantly assessing our options.

Planning From Home

Thankfully, we have a long list of suppliers and venue contacts that we currently work with. Pairing this with our products and services, we are able to continue planning all events from home. We believe it is important to stay positive when it comes to events and are working with our current clients to find a plan of action that enables us to be part of their big day in the future - whether it has been postponed or you haven't set a date yet.

With everything staying indoors, we know that it is important to have something to look forward to. This is why we will be continuing to post across social media platforms as much as possible showcasing our products and services for weddings, birthday parties, galas and so much more. These events will all be able to take place once the storm has passed.

Doing All That We Can

We have witnessed firsthand how these guidelines have impacted a number of events. We are extremely thankful to have a dedicated team who are doing all that they can to help ensure that any events go forward in the future.

If you have an event booked with us, we will be in contact with you offering support and advice, whilst also working out a way to ensure our products and services are available for you in the future. If your event is rescheduled for a date a certain product isn't available, we will do all that we can to ensure that an alternative is available to you. If we have staff members who are ill or unable to be part of your event due to double-bookings, we will be sure to find another staff member for you.

Staying Safe

There are no words to describe how much this has affected everyone. It is a trying time for us all and there are no solid answers out there that offer reassurance.

We are doing everything we can to stay safe as a team and are sending nothing but support to those who have been affected.
